Déjà Vu

Situated in glorious Herefordshire, Déjà Vu is a multi award winning Cocktail Bar & Restaurant like no other. Our aim is to deliver a drinking and eating experience you won’t forget anytime soon. Our ground floor bar, offers 26 seats for full immersion into how we create our cocktails. You are surrounding by light, earthy tones, velvet chairs and white marble effect tables, all lit under a beautiful bronze hue. On the top floor, you will find our kitchen, as well as a further 15 seats and a completely different vibe to what you experienced ascending upwards. We wanted to create a space that counters the ground floor and here you will find seductive deep maroon coloured walls, burnt orange and gold velvet sofas, black marble effect tables and long hanging copper light pendants. We really wanted to create a contrasting space, offering a really sense of Déjà Vu, but something totally sophisticated and comfortable at the same time.

We use premium ingredients to craft our tantalising creations, as well as using the finest glassware and drinking vessels to serve them in. We use a lot of locally sourced products too, which is incredibly important to us and the Herefordshire community.

Déjà Vu X À La Carte

Now nearly 4 years into business and with the brand maturing and looking at the future, with lots of exciting things in the pipeline, we feel a shift is needed in terms of our food offering.

We are extremely excited to announce the launch of our À La Carte menu, which will be replacing our Small Plates concept, beginning on Thursday 2nd May!!

Chef Katie has worked tirelessly to create a spectacular evening menu using some of the best local suppliers around and I couldn’t be happier with the end result and I’m sure you will all be too.

In the meantime you can still enjoy our delicious Small Plates menu until then.

Launching 28th February, we are excited to bring you the very latest drinks concepts from Déjà Vu.

Featuring an eclectic and unique range of spirits, house made cordials and syrups and various exciting drinking vessels.

We have challenged ourselves a little more this time round, using products that are growing in popularity in the drinks industry and bringing them to little Herefordshire, many for the first time.

We will be hosting a signature brunch style menu on February 10th and 17th! Served between 12pm and 4pm, with a bottomless option available too.

Bottomless. Updated.

Our Bottomless package has been updated for 2023 and now consists of the same 90 minutes of unlimited cocktails, however we now serve our Small Plates menu alongside, instead of brunch. This allows us to serve Bottomless longer from 12pm - 4pm every Saturday. Book Now

Prices are £49 for the cocktail options and £39 for the Prosecco option. Included is any one plate from our menu and you can add any dessert from the menu for an extra £4!
